The Problem
Niche and designer fragrances are expensive — a single bottle can run $200-$400+. Most people want to try before they commit, but sampling options are limited. Decant sellers exist, but they're scattered across Reddit, Facebook groups, and sketchy forums with no buyer protection, no verified sellers, and no standardized experience. It's fragmented, risky, and frustrating.
What We Built
Obsidia is a dedicated marketplace for fragrance decants — smaller portions of full bottles sold by verified sellers. Think of it as Depop meets the fragrance community. Sellers list their decants with detailed info, buyers browse and purchase with Stripe-powered payments, and the platform handles the trust layer so nobody gets burned.
